Lucid BEAUSONGELucid Beausonge was born in Roubaix and not in Quebec as is regularly believed.

Passionate about music from a very young age, she made her first chords on her older brother's classical guitar before learning the piano and composed her first "piano-voice" song at 11 years old.

The school choir allowed him to discover classical music. She then studied classical guitar and began writing songs.

His first album was released in 1980, the success of the title "Casse tête" forced him to come and settle in Paris. Barely arrived, she signed with RCA. His career is launched. We see it everywhere: Midem, Bobino, Printemps de Bourges, Festival d'Été de Québec, Fête de l'Huma, Grande tour France Inter, etc.

In 1987, victim of a terrible car accident and after a long rehabilitation, she had to give up the guitar. She returns to the profession but will now have to accompany herself on the piano while learning classical singing.

From this date his guitar songsheets will give way to great romantic ballads and from now on Lucid Beausonge accompanies himself on the piano.

His discography mainly consists of 9 song albums - 1 classical album - 3 compilations and 1 live album.
