Validating an order implies full acceptance of these general conditions of sale. The consumer acknowledges that he/she has been fully informed of the fact that his/her agreement to the content of these general terms and conditions does not require the handwritten signature of this document, insofar as the customer wishes to order the products presented online. The consumer has the option of saving or editing these general terms and conditions, it being specified that both saving and editing this document are the sole responsibility of the consumer. Article 2 - General description of products
The physical products offered for sale on the site are available while stocks last. The photographs of the products are not contractual. Despite our best efforts, we cannot be held liable for any errors in the product descriptions. Furthermore, the customer always has the possibility of obtaining additional information on the products presented on request.
However, TRAFICOM MUSIK will not modify the specifications of products already ordered by the customer. The choice and purchase of a product are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Article 3 - Conditions of use of digital content and downloading procedure
TRAFICOM MUSIK offers a selection of exclusive titles for legal download.
Downloading is unlimited in time but limited to a single download.
The user declares that he/she is aware of the constraints and limits of the Internet network. Consequently, it is the user's responsibility to protect his or her technical equipment, in particular against any form of intrusion and/or contamination by viruses. TRAFICOM MUSIK may in no case be held responsible for this.
Similarly, TRAFICOM MUSIK shall not be held responsible if the service offered proves to be incompatible with certain equipment and/or functionalities of the user's computer equipment.
Article 4 - Prices
Prices are indicated in Euros, inclusive of tax, and are valid for Metropolitan France.
Offers and prices are valid for as long as they remain notified on the site.
Payment of the full price must be made at the time the order is placed, and becomes payable by the company as soon as the order is validated. The sums paid may not be considered as deposits or advance payments. Confirmation of payment of the order by the customer implies that the latter agrees to pay the related delivery costs. Delivery costs cannot therefore constitute a valid reason for questioning the order after it has been definitively registered.
Article 5 - Method of payment
Payment shall be made in euros (all taxes included)

- by cheque (only for France) accompanied by the printed or handwritten order (the customer must remember to note the order number). The cheque should be made payable to TRAFICOM MUSIK.
Article 6 - Security of transactions

Article 7 - Availability
The products offered are subject to availability.
In the event of unavailability after the order has been placed, TRAFICOM MUSIK will inform customers by e-mail or post as soon as possible. Customers may then ask for the order to be cancelled or exchanged.

If one or more stipulations of these general terms and conditions of sale are held to be invalid or declared as such in application of a law, regulation or following a final decision by a competent court, the other stipulations will retain all their force and scope.

The customer benefits from the provisions of the legal guarantee, in particular those relating to the guarantee against hidden defects.
